Bringing Awareness

Whether we know it or not, Someone in our lives has been touched by an eating disorder. Its hard for someone to come right out and confess the demons that plague their lives everyday, but it is a struggle that goes unnoticed much of the time. Recently, we have seen in the media, and push for awareness for this terrible illness, as well as more advocates being candid about their struggle.
 
Below are some inspiring ways to bring awareness to the people around you, or even help for you to discover your own path towards recovery:





We need all have a place that we go when it comes to dealing with difficult situations; whether it be physical or emotional. Having an eating disorder isn't something to be ashamed of, but rather somewhat that can teach you to be stronger, and allow you to learn to love your body and all isn't part.
